Hi y'all! I'm Sam, your VP (and dictator) of Congressional Debate, and this will be my fourth year in Leland Speech and Debate! Besides Congress, I also do Policy and I have also done PF in the past. Outside of LSD, I am also a sacrilegious violist in the Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra, as well as a Life Scout in Boy Scout Troop 606. P.S. my favorite milk tea topping is lychee jelly :)
